Professional, company saved me loads of trouble chasing insurance companies and quotes etc etc , they do it All for you and as its done in house saves time no excess to claim back just visit them problem solved. Would recommend to anyone involved in a car accident as they take away the stress , I got a lovely car whist mine was repaired A1 in my view , negative reviews are from bad drivers whom have claims made against them bitter pepole should accept responsibility.
Superb service. My wife's car was professionally repaired and a hire car was delivered the day after the accident; cant fault them. Hire cars are new and fully insured at no cost. Recommend them without hesitation

Horrible company..
AVOID!!! Their courtesy cars do not have adequate insurance cover. My son got 6 point and 310 fine. Trading standards are investigating!!!
