A council disinterested in residents views and as transparent as granite. This council is dominated by a man more interested in ways to increase his income (during times of austerity) than he ever could be towards those who fund it. At a recorded meeting on Facebooks Wyre Council Residents Concerns & Action Group (visible for all to view), it becomes apparent as to how poorly this council is run, and due to the fact this recording exposed such failures, all promises made by Garry Payne in the recording were broken - residents do not appreciate lies being told.
