It's a really nice gym. Good, friendly, approachable staff, nice atmosphere, very few meat head show-offs.Good quality and range of equipment, loads of classes, but the showers need improving, big time.

Friday at 10.30 is a FREE post partum exercise class that you do with your baby/toddler. Great class for strength and toning to get back into exercise after having a baby. No age restriction for the child. Usually very quiet.

I have a monthly membership here. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The gym is small but I enjoy that, and the equipment they have is great!
