Had our new carpets fitted over the weekend, absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, fitter (Steve) turned up on time and did a fabulous job, Mark in the shop was brilliant, helped us chose the right carpet and even put Cbeebies on his laptop for our daughter. Will definitely use again, thank you..
Had whole house done & recommeded them to others who have used them. Good carpet. Fitter was good.After sales service not so good. What a shame
Happy very happy! Had my new kitchen laminate fitted by The Carpet Store, it looks lovely! Fitter was brilliant, sales staff were helpful and polite even after we had to change the fitting date. After shopping about originally the price was excellent also. Will be using again for our bedroom carpets.
