Shaun arranged a two week, two location holiday to Cuba. He was charged with finding me great hotels and the best deal. He was also instructed to keep, from my wife, the surprise that our two grown-up children were meeting us in the executive lounge at Manchester Airport.Everything was perfectly executed, the surprise, the holiday, transits and documentation , all I had to do was turn up at the Airport with passports in hand!!!
