Nice vets. Handled our potentially very poorly dog well and were friendly throughout. The young veterinary nurse who helped us was absolutely fantastic.

My nans bichons come here for checkups and any other problems that need sorting. All the staff are so helpful and you never have to wait very long to be seen. Would recommend these guys to anyone!
I have been a customer of Lanes vets since 2002. My first dog Sam was born in 2002 and the vets checked him over on our way home with him from the farm we bought him from . We were new dog owners then and were treated with kindness and understanding. . We learnt a lot about being dog owners from the vets, the vetinary nurses , associated staff as well as the welcoming reception team. Sammy sadly passed away in 2016 . In 2016 several weeks after we lost Sammy we got a new puppy , Buddie . We continued to attend Lanes Vets as we trusted them . Both our dogs love attending the vets as they get a warm welcome . I feel very lucky to have stumbled across such a great practice and I recommend this Vets strongly . Thank you to all the team for your ongoing support towards me and my dogs
Today we tried the fear free method on my usually vicious and aggressive cat for his yearly booster. It worked fantastically and he was like a totally different cat. Jo was kind, caring and very patient with him and all her methods worked a treat! Will definitely use again on my other cat that is scared and nervous when at the vets. Fantastic treatment that I'd definitely recommend.Thanks again.
