They kept us informed and liaised with our Solicitor throughout a lengthy Sale process. The lengthy sale was down to the buyer and their seemingly incompetent Solicitor. In the six months we were searching for houses on the Fylde coast we were disappointed at what we were offered - one house fell through after the seller took it off the market and we were very unhappy at how the estate agent handled it.( we will not name them)Royle however were the best of the five agents we dealt with and always kept us up to date with the progress of our purchase.The team are efficient, pleasant to deal with and our purchase was made in the time scale we had agreed.We would recommend them as a very good estate agent to anyone thinking of buying in this area.Ron and Sue YorkPoulton-le-Fylde
Be aware once you pay your bond, chances are you wont receive it back!!Even with the minor work needed (carpets cleaning and oven etc) they still thought it was appropriate to bill this at what seems to be 620!!!! Sent 5 emails chasing them, to then be ignored...Wont ever be using them again.
Staff are efficient and professional and I was extremely happy with their performance. They managed to get me a buyer within a couple of days and gave excellent support over the period of the purchase which as made complicated by vendors further up the chain. Linda Wilson was especially helpful on finding out what was going on and chivvying all the various solicitors and agents involved.
